Good value gift for a male but contents seem geared toward a female

Overall I think it’s good. Definitely good value.
But I bought for my nephew and it really does lean heavily into the “manicure” genre.
As advertised I guess, but the casing lends itself towards a men’s gift. 🎁
Either way, I’m yet to give it to him so can’t attest to the usefulness of it.
To clarify, there are various tools for pushing cuticles, etc. that could be used by anyone but might mystify a teenage boy.
There’s always YouTube I guess…
