I've tried a variety of shaving creams, soaps hard and medium-hard. This is a hard soap that hydrates quickly and should be lathered with a brush. It holds a lot of water, but still benefits from incrementally adding it as you build lather. It lubricates and hydrates the skin very well.
The fragrance is excellent, powdery floral with a vanilla base. I am considering buying the Eau de Cologne, and wished there was an Eau de Parfum 😅
