Proraso's Shave Soap is still made following a rigorous “hot soap” process, during which the soap is poured while hot and left to mature for 10 days in small batches, during which much of the moisture evaporates, resulting in a more concentrated, richer semi-solid soap that produces an amazing lather and professional quality shave with a brush.
