How to use
1. Application:
- Start with a small amount of oil. You can always add more if needed
- Part your hair in sections and apply the oil directly to the scalp
- Gently massage the oil into the scalp using circular motions. This helps improve blood circulation, promoting healthier hair growth and ensuring the oil is evenly distributed
2. Duration:
- For a deep conditioning effect, you can leave the oil on for a few hours or overnight. This allows the scalp to absorb the oil thoroughly, maximizing the benefits
- If you're short on time, even 20-30 minutes can be beneficial before washing it out
3. Washing out:
- You can wash out before styling your hair, as oil can weigh hair down and affect styling.
- If your scalp is dry, washout may not be necessary
4. Frequency:
- For a dry scalp: Apply 2-3 times a week. Dry scalp benefits from more frequent oiling to help maintain moisture levels and alleviate dryness
- For an oily scalp: Once a week or even less frequently
- For a normal scalp: 1-2 times a week is typically sufficient to maintain scalp health and support hair nourishment
