I searched this out after reading numerous reviews in a forum. I am grateful that I could purchase it here. I love this but I know that many dislike it. It can be a bit off-putting at first but give it a few moments to mellow. The dry down is beautiful. It is not strong nor is it particularly long lasting, which in my opinion is a benefit. I find it very masculine but some do not. I decanted it and used it with an atomiser. This is VERY different to the other Pinaud Clubmans and predates most of them by at least 100 years. The other Pinaud Clubmans I can easily recommend to any man, but the Lilac Vegital is a different story; people love it or hate it, there is no middle ground.
