Good oil, poor dropper

I bought Clubman Pinaud Beard Oil for the first time recently and think the oil is really good as it has no distinct odour (so doesn't clash with my cologne) and feels really nice on my beard. Howeever, the eye dropper appears to be completely useless. I have tried many times to extract oil from the bottle with the eye dropper and end up scraping oil off the outside of the eye dropper with my finger because it doesn't suck any oil at all.
